Kosveda provides personalized astrology- and numerology-based interpretations generated from the birth details you provide. The reading is offered for guidance, self-reflection, and informational purposes only.

It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency advice, and it must not be relied upon to make medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions. Always consult a qualified professional. Astrology and numerology are interpretive traditions: we make no guarantee as to the accuracy of any interpretation or any outcome, event, or result described in a reading.

3. Your information

You agree to provide accurate birth and contact information. Reports are generated from what you submit; inaccurate inputs will affect the output. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments, pricing & refunds

Paid access unlocks the selected report tier and, where available, a PDF of the same report. Prices and included features are shown before payment. Payments are processed by our payment gateway. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Account & access

You are responsible for keeping your report link and account access secure. We may restrict or revoke access in cases of misuse, fraud, abuse, chargeback, or technical risk.

6. Intellectual property

The Kosveda engine, software, designs, and report format are owned by Noomerical India Pvt Ltd. Your generated report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or build a competing service from our content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noomerical India Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision taken in reliance on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [CITY], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
