Kosveda is operated by Noomerical India Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

1. What we collect

To create and deliver your reading we collect: your name, email, phone number, birth details (date, time, and place of birth), your selected reading preferences and language, payment status, and the report content generated for you. Birth details are treated as sensitive personal data.

2. How we use it

We use this information to generate your reading, give you access to purchased reports, process payments, send service communication, provide support, and improve the product.

3. Automated / AI processing

Your reading is produced with the help of an automated large-language-model service (Anthropic). To generate the report, your first name and the astrological data computed from your birth details are sent to that provider for processing. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models, and no legally significant decision about you is made solely by automated means.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with service providers only to operate Kosveda, including: payment processing (Cashfree — we do not store card, UPI, or net-banking credentials), hosting and infrastructure (Render), database and storage (Supabase), AI report generation (Anthropic), email delivery (Resend), and location lookup (Google Maps). These providers may process data outside India, including in Singapore, the EU, or the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep your chart and report so you can access it again, and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see below), subject to records we must retain by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under India’s DPDP Act and, for EU/EEA users, the GDPR), you can request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@kosveda.com.

7. Grievance officer
