Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases on Kosveda, operated by Noomerical India Pvt Ltd.

Because Kosveda reports are personalized digital products generated from user-provided birth details, orders are generally non-refundable once report access has been unlocked or generation has started.

If payment is deducted but the report is not unlocked, or if there is a duplicate or failed payment, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and process an eligible refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Bank or gateway timelines may vary. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
